"I found out that I had been billed for a vehicle that I never owned and never insured! When I found out about it, I contacted the Agent and no one could explain why it was insured, since I never owned it.. Then I was informed that it would be canceled and I should receive a refund within 2 weeks.Now I am still waiting for an The bottom line is no one has answers and I have no refund! answer! That was 10 weeks ago and I just contacted Linda Brandon's office to find out what was not going on! I still have no answers! And, no refund!"
"Mr. Jacobs, I went through our date and time stamped records, and you did indeed sign and pay for your vehicle in question to be insured. Once we were contacted, letting us know you decided against purchasing the vehicle, we kept a close eye on the cancellation to ensure it was processed as quickly as we were able to achieve.
